    • 2 slices of ham
  • Vegetables

    • 1 bag (200g) bean sprouts
  • Seasoning

    • đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
    • A pinch of black pepper
    • đź§„ 1/4 tsp grated garlic
    • 1 tbsp olive oil

STEPS

Place the bean sprouts and 1 tbsp of water in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Cool in water and drain thoroughly.

Cut the ham in half and slice into 5mm wide strips.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
