- 🐟 1 can (70g) water-packed tuna
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 20g dried daikon radish
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
STEPS
Rehydrate the dried daikon radish in water, rub and rinse it, then squeeze out excess water. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
Place the dried daikon and bean sprouts in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Drain the excess water.
Mix the seasonings (soy sauce, mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper) in a bowl. Add the tuna, bean sprouts, and dried daikon radish, then mix well.
