INGREDIENTS

- 100g bean sprouts
- 🥒 1 cucumber (100g)
Seasoning
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)
- 1/2 tsp wasabi
STEPS
Place the bean sprouts in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Drain the water and let them cool slightly.
Trim both ends of the cucumber, slice it diagonally into thin slices, and then julienne. Place the cucumber in a bowl, add salt, and massage lightly. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until softened, then squeeze out excess water.
In a bowl, mix the vinegar, concentrated soy sauce, and wasabi. Add the bean sprouts and cucumber, then toss to combine.
