- 2 chikuwa sticks
- 250g bean sprouts
- 1 sheet roasted seaweed
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1/3 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tbsp ground sesame
- 1/3 tsp shichimi togarashi

Slice the chikuwa diagonally into thin pieces.

In a bowl, mix the bean sprouts with the seasonings. Add the chikuwa and tear the roasted seaweed into pieces, then mix everything together.
