INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 2 handfuls bean sprouts
- 1 handful chopped green onion
- đź§… 1/3 onion, sliced
Meat
- 2 handfuls bulgogi-style beef
Condiments
- A small amount of cooking oil
- 1 tbsp mirin
- đź§„ 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
STEPS
Mix the beef with the marinade ingredients (mirin, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar) and let it sit for a while.
Slice the onion and chop the green onion into small pieces.
Wash and clean the bean sprouts thoroughly.
Heat a pan with a small amount of cooking oil and sauté the green onion to make green onion oil.
Add the sliced onion to the pan and stir-fry until softened.
Add the marinated beef to the pan and stir-fry until fully cooked and the liquid reduces.
Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry briefly until slightly softened but still crunchy.
Serve the stir-fry over a bowl of rice.
