INGREDIENTS

  • Protein

    • 🥩 150g sliced beef
  • Dairy / Tofu

    • 🍢 300g firm tofu, cut into 4 pieces
  • Vegetable

    • đź§… 1 stalk green onion, sliced diagonally
  • Oil

    • 1/2 tbsp salad oil
  • Seasoning

    • 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp sake
    • đź§‚ 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • đź’§ 5 tbsp water

STEPS

Cut the firm tofu into 4 equal pieces. Slice the green onion diagonally into 1cm pieces.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add sliced beef and sugar, stir-frying until the beef changes color.

Push the beef to one side of the pan. Arrange tofu pieces and green onion in the pan. Add the seasoning mixture (sake, soy sauce, water) and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 3 minutes.

Flip the tofu pieces and cover again. Simmer for another 3 minutes.
