INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g cabbage, thinly sliced
- 🌽 2 tbsp frozen corn, thawed
Protein
- 🍖 2 slices ham, cut into strips
Seasoning
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- Black pepper to taste
Dressing
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
STEPS
Remove the hard core from the cabbage and slice it into thin strips (5mm width). Thaw the corn and drain excess water.
Cut the ham into half vertically, then slice into 5mm wide strips.
In a bowl, mix the cabbage with salt and let it sit for 5-10 minutes. Lightly squeeze out excess water.
In another bowl, mix the dressing ingredients (mayonnaise, lemon juice, olive oil). Add the cabbage, corn, ham, and black pepper, then mix well.
