STEPS
Pour the banana milk into a saucepan and heat over low heat.
Before the banana milk starts boiling, add 1 tbsp of corn starch and mix well.
Once the banana milk thickens and starts bubbling, pour it into a bowl and refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
While the pudding cools, prepare the strawberries: slice one in half and chop the rest into small pieces.
Decorate the pudding with strawberries and optionally sprinkle chopped almonds on top.
