- 60g shelled broad beans

STEPS
Cut the boiled bamboo shoots into bite-sized pieces.
Place the broad beans in a microwave-safe container, add 1 tbsp of water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Rinse under cold water and peel the skins.
Arrange the bamboo shoots and broad beans in a heatproof dish. Sprinkle with soy sauce, olive oil, and black pepper. Top with shredded pizza cheese and bake in a toaster oven for 5–6 minutes until golden brown.
