INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs
Vegetables
- 100g boiled bamboo shoots
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp grated ginger
STEPS
Rehydrate wakame in plenty of water, drain, and chop into large pieces. Cut bamboo shoots into 7-8mm cubes.
Crack eggs into a bowl and mix. Add cooked rice and combine to make egg rice.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add bamboo shoots and wakame, and stir-fry briefly.
Add egg rice to the pan and stir-fry until the rice separates and becomes fluffy. Add seasoning ingredients and stir quickly.
Turn off the heat and drizzle soy sauce around the edge of the pan. Mix well.
