Vegetables

- 3 tbsp honey
STEPS
Slice the chives and duck into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a pan and lightly sear the duck slices.
Remove the duck from the pan, drain excess fat, and add the chives to the same pan. Cook until slightly wilted.
Remove the chives and set them aside. Return the duck to the pan and add balsamic vinegar and honey. Mix well and cook briefly over low heat.
Serve the duck with the chives on the side. Enjoy!
