    • đź§„ 2 stalks green onion

    • đź§‚ 5 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
    • 3 tbsp chili powder
    • a dash of sesame oil
    • 🌰 a sprinkle of sesame seeds

Heat a frying pan with olive oil and add green onions. Stir-fry until the oil is infused with the green onion aroma.

Add the cleaned squid to the pan, followed by 1 tbsp of sugar and 1 tbsp of minced garlic. Stir well.

When the squid starts to cook, add 5 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp gochujang, and 3 tbsp chili powder. Stir-fry until the sauce thickens slightly.

Once the sauce starts to boil, add the prepared vegetables (onions and green onions) and mix well.

Finish with a drizzle of sesame oil and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Serve hot.
