    • 200ml water

Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces.

Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.

Place the pork belly slices in a pot as the base layer.

Layer the tofu pieces on top of the pork belly.

Mix sesame seeds, chili powder, sugar, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sesame oil to create the seasoning sauce.

Pour 200ml water into the pot and evenly distribute the seasoning sauce over the tofu and pork.

Slice the green onion, green chili, and red chili diagonally and add them to the pot along with minced garlic.
