Cut all ingredients into bite-sized pieces.

Soak udon noodles in hot water briefly to remove oil and sourness, then drain.

Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry green onion to release its aroma.

Add bacon and stir-fry together with the green onion.

Push green onion and bacon to one side of the pan, add soy sauce and let it sizzle to create a smoky flavor.

Mix soy sauce with green onion and bacon, then add chili powder and stir-fry kimchi.
