    • 3 tbsp soy sauce

    • 1.5 tbsp cooking oil
    • 1.5 tbsp sesame oil

Wash the green onions thoroughly and soak the glass noodles in water for 30 minutes.

Cut the green onions lengthwise and slice them into 5cm pieces.

Gather all the sliced green onions together.

Heat 1.5 tbsp cooking oil and 1.5 tbsp sesame oil in a pan, then stir-fry 150g beef.

Add the prepared green onions to the pan and stir-fry them with the beef.

Add 2 tbsp fish sauce and 3 tbsp soy sauce to the pan, then continue stir-frying until the green onions are fully wilted.

Pour 1.8 liters of water into the pan and add 1.5 tbsp minced garlic. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, uncover the pan and add the soaked glass noodles. Cook for an additional 10 minutes, adjusting the seasoning with salt.
