    • 300g bean sprouts

    • 400g thinly sliced pork belly
  • Seasoning

    • 4 tbsp gochujang
    • 4 tbsp red pepper powder
    • 4 tbsp soy sauce
    • 4 tbsp mirin
    • 4 tbsp sugar
    • đź§„ 4 tbsp minced garlic
    • A small amount of sesame seeds

STEPS

Prepare vegetables by cleaning and cutting them. Use 300g of bean sprouts, 1 onion, a handful of green onions, and a small amount of carrot.

Prepare 400g of thinly sliced pork belly. Thaw if frozen.

Mix all seasoning ingredients: 4 tbsp gochujang, 4 tbsp red pepper powder, 4 tbsp soy sauce, 4 tbsp mirin, 4 tbsp sugar, and 4 tbsp minced garlic.

Layer bean sprouts and green onions in a pot. Add sliced onion, carrot, and a generous amount of perilla leaves.

Place pork belly slices on top of the vegetables.

Pour the prepared seasoning mixture over the pork belly and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Cook on medium heat without adding water. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.

After 5–10 minutes, stir the ingredients to mix the flavors. Continue cooking for another 10 minutes.

Turn off the heat and add a handful of fresh perilla leaves. Mix lightly.

Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve hot.
