    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp corn syrup
    • 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
    • 0.5 tbsp sesame seeds
    • đź’§ 1/2 cup water

STEPS

Cut the fish cake into bite-sized pieces, slice the onion similarly, and chop the green onion and green chili.

Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp vegetable oil. Stir-fry 1 tbsp minced garlic until fragrant.

Add the fish cake and onion to the pan and stir-fry.

Pour in 1/2 cup water to prevent the ingredients from burning and continue stir-frying.

Add 1 tbsp sugar, 4 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tbsp corn syrup. Adjust sweetness to taste.

Add the green onion and green chili, and stir-fry until the fish cake absorbs the seasoning.
