INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 1 stalk green onion
Protein
- 🥚 1 egg
Condiments
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
Garnish
- Seaweed flakes to taste
STEPS
Boil the bean sprouts until tender and drain the water.
Chop the green onion and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the green onion to make green onion oil.
Add the seasoning ingredients (soy sauce, mirin, garlic, gochujang, chili powder, sugar) and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry until well mixed.
Add the boiled bean sprouts and stir-fry until combined.
Fry an egg separately and place it on top of the fried rice.
Sprinkle seaweed flakes on top before serving.
