- 1 tbsp soybean paste (doenjang)

- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tsp sesame seeds
STEPS
Boil water with a pinch of salt and blanch the napa cabbage until tender. Rinse in cold water and squeeze out excess water.
Cut the blanched cabbage into bite-sized pieces or shred it lengthwise.
Add minced garlic and chopped green onions to the cabbage.
Mix in soybean paste, red pepper flakes, and sesame seeds. Adjust the amount of soybean paste to taste.
Finish by adding sesame oil and mix thoroughly.
