  • Vegetables

    • 🥔 3 potatoes (450g)

    • 1 tsp salad oil
    • đź§‚ Pinch of black pepper
    • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
    • đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
    • đź§‚ Pinch of pepper
    • 1 tbsp mustard

Cut the bacon into 1cm wide strips.

Wash the potatoes thoroughly and wrap each in wet kitchen paper and plastic wrap. Microwave at 600W for 5 minutes, then peel.

Thinly slice the onion.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Add bacon and cook until the oil is released. Add onion and sauté for about 2 minutes until softened. Remove from heat and let cool.

Mash the potatoes roughly in a bowl using a fork. Add the condiments (mayonnaise, salt, pepper, mustard) and mix well. Add the sautéed bacon and onion mixture and toss together.

Serve on a plate and sprinkle with black pepper.
