INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥓 Some bacon, chopped
- 🥚 3 eggs, beaten
- đź§… 1 green onion, chopped
- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- A drizzle of sesame oil
STEPS
Beat the eggs well without seasoning.
Pour the eggs into a heated frying pan and stir with chopsticks to make scrambled eggs.
Add enough oil to the pan and stir-fry the green onion.
Add chopped bacon or ham to the pan and stir-fry with the green onion.
Add 1 tbsp of oyster sauce and stir well.
Add 2 tbsp of soy sauce and stir-fry together.
Add the cooked rice and press with a spoon while stir-frying.
Add the scrambled eggs and stir-fry together until well combined.
Finish by drizzling sesame oil and sprinkling sesame seeds for extra flavor.
