INGREDIENTS

- 🥓 1 pack bacon
- 🥚 2-3 eggs
- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
- đź§… 1 stalk green onion
- đź§„ 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of black pepper
- đź§‚ A pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a pan and sauté 1/2 tbsp minced garlic until fragrant. Add chopped bacon and stir-fry until crispy, then add chopped green onion and stir-fry together.
Push the ingredients to one side of the pan and crack 2-3 eggs into the empty space. Stir gently with chopsticks until partially cooked.
Combine all ingredients in the pan and add 1 tbsp soy sauce. Stir-fry everything together.
Add 2 cups of cooked rice and stir-fry vigorously using two spatulas until well mixed.
Pack the fried rice into a round bowl, press down firmly, and invert onto a plate. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for garnish.
