STEPS
Break the eggs into a bowl, add milk and salt, and whisk gently.
Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté the shrimp over medium heat for 2 minutes until cooked, then set aside.
In the same pan, pour the egg mixture, cook slowly on low heat until halfway done, then add the sliced avocado, shrimp, and cheese.
Fold the omelette in half and cook for another minute to finish.
