INGREDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 200g chicken thigh
Vegetable
- 🥑 1 avocado, diced into 2cm cubes
Seasoning
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp wasabi
STEPS
Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed, and dice into 2cm cubes. Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, and wasabi) in a bowl to create the wasabi sauce.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the chicken thigh until browned.
Flip the chicken pieces, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for about 3 minutes until fully cooked. Add the avocado and wasabi sauce, then stir-fry until well combined.
