- 1 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
STEPS
Cut the avocado in half lengthwise and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon and place it in a bowl.
Add cream cheese to the bowl and mix with the avocado. Divide the mixture evenly back into the avocado skins and top with katsuobushi.
In a separate bowl, mix mentsuyu and lemon juice. Drizzle the mixture over the avocado and cream cheese cups.
