- 🐟 200g salmon fillets
Vegetables
- 🌱 3 stalks asparagus
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
STEPS
Pat dry the salmon fillets with paper towels, season with salt and pepper, and cut into 4 pieces. Coat both sides with flour.
Trim the tough lower half of the asparagus with a peeler and cut diagonally into 4 pieces.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the salmon skin-side down and cook until both sides are golden brown.
Push the salmon to one side of the pan, add the asparagus to the empty space, and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes. Add soy sauce and mix well.
Add butter and stir until everything is evenly coated.
