INGREDIENTS

- 🌱 4 stalks asparagus (80g)
Canned Food
- 🐟 1 can mackerel in water (190g)
Condiment
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- A pinch of pepper
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Trim the ends of the asparagus and peel the tough parts with a peeler. Slice diagonally into 1cm pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the mackerel and break it apart while lightly stir-frying.
Add the asparagus and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes until slightly tender. Add ponzu sauce and pepper, then mix well.
