INGREDIENTS

- 🌱 4 stalks asparagus (80g)
Seafood
- 🐟 1 can mackerel in water (190g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
STEPS
Trim the ends of the asparagus and peel the tough parts with a peeler. Slice diagonally into 1cm pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add the canned mackerel and break it apart while lightly stir-frying. Add the asparagus and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until slightly tender.
Season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry to combine.
