- 4 stalks asparagus (80g)
Canned Goods
- 1 can mackerel in water (190g)
Seasonings

STEPS
Trim the ends of the asparagus and peel the tough parts with a peeler. Slice diagonally into 1cm pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the canned mackerel and stir-fry briefly to break it apart.
Add the asparagus and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes until slightly tender. Add curry powder, salt, and pepper, then mix well.
