    • 🍝 100g spaghetti
  • Seafood

    • 🦪 100g clams (purged)
    • 15g salted wakame
  • Seasoning

    • đź§„ 1/2 clove garlic, sliced
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 2 tbsp sake
    • 1 tsp sliced chili
    • 2 tsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp pasta cooking water

Wash the wakame thoroughly to remove salt, drain, and cut into 3cm pieces. Slice the garlic and remove the core.

Boil water in a pot, add salt (not listed in ingredients) and spaghetti, cook according to package instructions, drain, and reserve 2 tbsp of pasta cooking water.

Heat sesame oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add clams and sake, cover, and steam for 2–3 minutes until clams open.

Add wakame, spaghetti, and chili to the pan, mix briefly. Add pasta cooking water and soy sauce, mix well, and adjust seasoning.
