    • 1 can (130g) canned clams

    • 50g all-purpose flour
    • đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • đź’§ As needed water
  • Sauce

    • 🍋 2 slices thinly sliced lemon
    • 1 tbsp gochujang
    • đź’§ 1 tbsp water

Prepare the ingredients and make the sauce. Chop green onions, julienne carrots, devein shrimp, and cut into pieces. Separate clams from canned juice. Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl.

Make the batter and add ingredients. Combine clam juice with water to make 1/2 cup. Mix flour and salt in a bowl, gradually adding clam juice while stirring. Add green onions, carrots, shrimp, and clams, mixing gently.

Heat sesame oil in a 26cm pan over medium heat. Spread the batter evenly and press lightly with a spatula. Cook until edges are crispy, about 2 minutes.

Flip the pancake using a plate and cook the other side until golden brown, adding more sesame oil if needed. Slice and serve with the sauce.
