STEPS
Separate broccoli into small florets. Cut king oyster mushrooms in half and slice into quarters lengthwise.
Heat butter, grated garlic, and chili in a frying pan until fragrant. Add clams, broccoli, and mushrooms, then stir-fry briefly. Add sake, cover, and steam over medium heat for 2 minutes until clams open.
Add the seasoning ingredients and stir-fry briefly to combine.
