    • 🐚 100g clams (purged)
  • Vegetables

    • 150g bamboo shoot (boiled)
    • 1 tsp dried wakame
  • Seasoning

    • 🧂 Pinch of salt
    • 💧 400ml water
    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder

Cut the bamboo shoot in half horizontally, then slice thinly. Rehydrate the dried wakame in water and drain.

In a pot, add clams and the seasoning ingredients (water, sake, soy sauce, dashi powder). Heat over medium heat until boiling, then add bamboo shoots and wakame. Simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes until the clams open.

Add a pinch of salt to adjust the taste.
