    • 🦪 200g clams (cleaned)
  • Meat

    • 🥓 4 slices bacon
  • Vegetables

    • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Spices

    • 1/2 tbsp sliced chili
  • Liquids

    • 🍷 3 tbsp white wine
  • Condiments

    • 🍅 200g canned tomatoes
    • đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
    • Pinch of pepper

Wash the clams thoroughly and drain the water.

Cut the bacon into 2cm wide pieces.

Slice the garlic thinly.

Boil water in a pot, add salt, and cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add bacon and sauté briefly, then add chili and cook for 3-4 minutes over medium-low heat.

Add clams and white wine, stir, cover, and cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes until clams open.

Add canned tomatoes, salt, and pepper, stir, cover, and simmer for 3-4 minutes.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss with the sauce for about 1 minute.
