INGREDIENTS

- 🍋 1/2 lemon, juiced

- 1-2 tbsp vinegar

STEPS
Peel, core, and chop 160g of apple and 20g of onion.
Blend the chopped apple and onion with 1 tbsp water until smooth.
Add 85g cream yogurt to the blended mixture and adjust the amount based on taste.
Juice 1/2 lemon and add it to the mixture. Alternatively, use vinegar for acidity.
Add 0.5 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1-2 tbsp honey, and 1 tbsp olive oil to the mixture. Blend again.
Check the flavor and consistency. Add more yogurt, honey, or vinegar to balance taste and texture.
Store the dressing in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
