INGREDIENTS
Seafood
- 1 squid (200g)
- 150g clams (purged)
Vegetables
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes
- đź§„ 1 clove garlic
- Chopped parsley, a pinch
Liquids
- 50cc white wine
- 100cc water
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
STEPS
Cut the garlic in half and crush it with the side of a knife.
Prepare the squid by cutting it open, removing cartilage, guts, and internal organs. Wash thoroughly and pat dry.
Remove the squid's fins and thin membrane, then cut into bite-sized pieces. Prepare the tentacles similarly.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pot until fragrant. Add clams and squid, sauté briefly until coated in oil. Add cherry tomatoes, white wine, and water. Cover and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes until clams open.
Season with salt and pepper, adjust to taste. Serve on a plate and garnish with parsley.
