STEPS
Trim the broccoli, keeping only the florets. Wash them in water mixed with baking soda, then blanch in boiling salted water for about 3 minutes.
Prepare the seasoning ingredients (minced garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil) beforehand to ensure quick cooking.
Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a frying pan over high heat and add 1 tbsp minced garlic.
Quickly add soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil to the pan and stir for about 10 seconds.
Add the blanched broccoli to the pan and mix well with the sauce.
Once the broccoli is well-coated with the sauce, turn off the heat immediately.
