STEPS
Spread almonds and dried iriko evenly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 5–7 minutes.
In a saucepan, combine butter and maple syrup over high heat, stirring continuously.
When the bubbles become large and the color darkens, turn off the heat and gently mix in the roasted almonds and iriko until evenly coated.
Spread the mixture back onto the parchment paper, ensuring the pieces do not stick together. Let cool completely before serving.
