  • Seafood

    • 🐙 100g boiled octopus
  • Vegetables

    • 🍄 1 king oyster mushroom (40g)
    • 🧄 1 clove garlic
  • Seasonings

    • 150cc olive oil
    • Sliced chili to taste
    • 🧂 1/3 tsp salt

Slice the king oyster mushroom in half lengthwise, then cut into thin diagonal slices. Halve the garlic, remove the core, and crush it with the flat side of a knife.

Cut the block bacon into 1cm wide strips, then cut again into 1cm cubes. Slice the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.

In a pot, combine olive oil, garlic, chili, and salt. Heat over low heat until fragrant. Add the bacon, octopus, and king oyster mushroom, and simmer over medium heat for 3–5 minutes.
