INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (150g)
Fish
- 🐟 50g Aji (horse mackerel) sashimi
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
Dashi Broth
- 💧 150ml water
- 1/4 tsp Japanese dashi powder
Garnish
- 🌰 To taste white sesame seeds
- 🧅 To taste chopped green onion
STEPS
Slice the Aji sashimi into thin strips.
Mix the sliced Aji with soy sauce in a bowl.
Combine water and dashi powder in a microwave-safe container. Heat uncovered at 600W for 1–1.5 minutes to prepare the dashi broth.
Place the cooked rice in a serving bowl, top with the marinated Aji, pour the hot dashi broth over, and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onion.
