Place 13 dumplings in the air fryer and cook at 200°C (392°F) for 15 minutes.

Chop 1/3 cup green onion and 1/2 red chili into small pieces.

Heat 1 tbsp cooking oil in a pan, then sauté 1 tbsp minced garlic, chopped green onion, and red chili until fragrant.

Add 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oligo syrup, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp sugar, and a pinch of black pepper to the pan. Let it simmer until the sauce thickens.

Add the air-fried dumplings to the pan and toss them in the sauce until evenly coated.
