    • 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • đź§„ 3 tbsp minced garlic
    • đź’§ 100ml water

Soak chicken tenderloin in milk for 30 minutes.

Rinse the chicken under running water, then season with salt and pepper.

In a pot, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, minced garlic, and water. Bring to a boil to create the garlic soy sauce.

Preheat the air fryer and cook the seasoned chicken at 180°C for 10 minutes.

Brush the partially cooked chicken with garlic soy sauce and air fry at 180°C for 5 minutes.
