    • 2 pieces aburaage
    • 4 slices ham
    • 4 shiso leaves
    • 1 mentaiko
    • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
    • đź§€ 40g pizza cheese
    • nori to taste
    • đź§‚ pepper to taste

Cut one long edge of each aburaage, wrap them, and roll with a rolling pin to open them into a pouch. Dice the cut-off edges.

Make a slit in the mentaiko and extract the contents. Mix mentaiko with mayonnaise in a bowl.

Stuff each aburaage pouch with 2 slices of ham and 2 shiso leaves. Spread the mentaiko mayonnaise mixture evenly on top. Add pizza cheese and diced aburaage pieces on top.

Toast in a toaster oven for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle nori and pepper on top before serving.
