INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 1 piece (20g) aburaage
- 1 can (70g) canned tuna in water
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
- To taste white sesame seeds
Seasonings
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
STEPS
Soak dried wakame in plenty of water until rehydrated, then drain.
Pat the aburaage with a paper towel to remove excess oil, then cut it into smaller pieces (half the short side, then quarter the long side).
In a microwave-safe container, combine aburaage, canned tuna, wakame, and seasonings. Lightly mix, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
