- 1 piece (20g) aburaage
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion (150g), sliced
Seasonings
- To taste white sesame seeds
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder

Slice the onion thinly.

Pat the aburaage with a paper towel to remove excess oil, then cut it into 1cm strips.

Place aburaage, canned tuna, onion, and seasonings in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.
