INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 1 piece (20g) of aburaage
- 1 can (70g) water-packed tuna
- 1/2 pack (50g) nameko mushrooms
- White sesame seeds, as needed
Seasonings
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
STEPS
Wash the nameko mushrooms and drain them well.
Pat the aburaage with a paper towel to remove excess oil. Cut it in half along the shorter side, then slice into 1cm strips along the longer side.
In a microwave-safe container, combine the aburaage, canned tuna, nameko mushrooms, and seasonings. Mix lightly, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
