    • 🐟 1 can (70g) canned tuna in water
    • 1 piece (20g) aburaage
    • 1/2 tbsp dried hijiki
    • 🌰 to taste white sesame seeds
  • Seasonings

    • 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder

Rinse the dried hijiki briefly, soak it in plenty of water (not included in the ingredient list) to rehydrate, and drain well.

Pat the aburaage with a paper towel to remove excess oil, cut it in half along the shorter side, then slice into 1 cm wide strips along the longer side.

In a microwave-safe container, combine aburaage, canned tuna, hijiki, and seasonings. Mix lightly, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Stir to ensure even mixing.

Plate the mixture and sprinkle white sesame seeds on top.
