    • 1 pound cheese tortellini
    • 8 ounces Alfredo-style pasta sauce
    • đź§€ â…“ cup grated Parmesan cheese

    • 🍄 2 large portobello mushrooms
  • Liquids and Seasoning

    • 🍷 ÂĽ cup white wine
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
    • đź§„ 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • đź§‚ Salt to taste
    • Pepper to taste

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

Meanwhile, rinse and thinly slice the mushrooms, discarding the stems.
