INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🍄 200g sliced mushrooms
- đź§… 1/2 cup sliced onion
- đź§… 2 stalks chopped green onions
Condiments
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- đź§„ 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp sugar
Garnish
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
STEPS
Heat a pan over medium heat and add sesame oil.
Add minced garlic and sliced onion to the pan. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add sliced mushrooms and stir-fry for another 3 minutes.
Mix soy sauce, gochujang, and sugar in a small bowl, then pour over the mushrooms.
Stir-fry everything for 2 minutes until well combined.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
