- 🥒 1 zucchini (170g), sliced into 1cm rounds
Seafood
- 🐙 100g boiled octopus, cut into 1.5cm pieces
Condiments
- 1 umeboshi, mashed into paste
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp soy sauce
